GRAZING TABLES: A 50% DEPOSIT MUST BE MADE TO HOLD YOUR DATE. THE REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE 14 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT. IF THE FINAL BALANCE PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED ON TIME WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE EVENT. WE WILL MAKE EVERY ATTEMPT TO CONTACT YOU.
WE WILL EMAIL AND TEXT MESSAGE AN INVOICE TO OUR CLIENTS.
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS AFTER THE EVENT HAS TAKEN PLACE. IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, WE REQUIRE A 30 DAY NOTICE. AFTER 30 DAYS YOU FORFEIT YOUR 50% DEPOSIT. IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE EVENT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE EVENT.

Our grazes contain a variety of seasonally selected fruits, cheeses, nuts, cured meats, honeys and jams, and more. We are happy to accommodate for allergies, but we are NOT an allergen-free kitchen. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross contamination but we do our best. Please specify if you have any allergies when you order.

WE KEEP ALL FOOD COOL DURING TRAVEL TO THE LOCATION/VENUE. GRAZING TABLES MUST BE SET UP IN A COOL AREA AWAY FROM DIRECT SUNLIGHT. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND GRAZES BE SET UP INDOORS. IF IT IS OUTDOORS WE REQUIRE THE GRAZE HAS SOME TYPE OF SECURE ROOF/TENT/PAVILION PROTECTING THE GRAZE FROM THE ELEMENTS. FOOD ON THE GRAZING TABLE CAN BE LEFT OUT FOR APPROXIMATELY 4 HOURS, AND THEN MUST BE DISPOSED OF.
WE ARE BASED IN FORT COLLINS COLORADO. WE CATER IN THE FORT COLLINS AND LOVELAND AREA. SURROUNDING AREAS SUCH AS WINDSOR AND ESTES PARK ARE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. DELIVERY FEES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
A SUITABLE TABLE MUST BE PROVIDED AT THE VENUE. WE DO NOT PROVIDE TABLES!
WE DO NOT PROVIDE TABLECLOTHS. WE DO LAY DOWN PARCHMENT PAPER TO PROTECT THE TABLE AND THE FOOD. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ADD A TABLECLOTH OF YOUR CHOICE PLEASE FEEL FREE TO DO SO. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE IT WILL BE CLEAN AFTER THE EVENT.
WE TYPICALLY NEED 30 MINUTES TO UNLOAD. WE WILL THEN NEED ANYWHERE FROM 1-3 HRS TO GET YOUR TABLE READY FOR YOUR GUESTS, DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF THE GRAZE.
YES! AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE WE ADD GREENERY AND FLOWERS.
YES! AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE WE BRING OUR OWN TABLEWARE AND SERVING UTENSILS. MISSING OR DAMAGED TABLEWARE AND SERVING UTENSILS WILL BE CHARGED BACK TO THE CLIENT.
WE DO NOT SUPPLY PLATES, CUTLERY, OR NAPKINS BY DEFAULT.
GRAZING TABLES TYPICALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE STAFFED BECAUSE IT IS A SELF-SERVICE EXPERIENCE. HEADCOUNT AND QUANTITY OF FOOD ARE ESTABLISHED BEFORE THE EVENT, SO REPLENISHING IS NEVER NECESSARY - WE ALWAYS BRING MORE THAN ENOUGH!
WE REQUIRE PARKING ON-SITE TO UNLOAD THE FOOD COOLERS AND TABLESCAPE EQUIPMENT PLEASE. IF THERE IS NO OR LIMITED PARKING, PLEASE LET US KNOW IMMEDIATELY AND WE WILL TRY AND FIND A SOLUTION.
YES, UNLESS OUR CLIENTS/CUSTOMERS EXPLICITLY ASK US NOT TO USE IMAGES TAKEN AT THEIR EVENT, WE WILL USE THEM ON OUR SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS.
